Lots of love to IndieCentralMusic for including Ten Million Lights in their new music spotlight called Discover and sharing the song Red Tornado.  They said lots of nice things including, “Gorgeous vocals”, and “Their songs get stuck in your head, in the good way.”  They described the sound as, ” fast and loud dreamy psych-pop that’s a little heavy, but all-organic and tasty.”

Tankboy Catches Up with Ten Million Lights

23 Mar

Thanks to Jim Kopeny from Tankboy for writing up Ten Million Lights and sharing new song Red Tornado.  Jim got to know us during our Saturna days and ribbed us for taking so long to follow up to our first record, and says, “Ten Million Lights have changed their sound a bit, adding more straightforward hard rocking and chugging guitars to the dreamier elements of their earlier music, with a dash of the poppier muscles they flexed in the Saturna days. If “Red Tornado” is indicative of this slightly new direction then Sour Oranges will probably find a welcome place in my music collection.”

Glad you are enjoying the music, Jim!
